How do I access the premises? (Access control via QR code)

Access to LOCKIN premises is via a secure access control system using a QR code :Create an account:on the touchscreen kiosk on site ,on the website lockin-lockers.com ,or by scanning the QR code displayed on the door of the premises.Please provide your name, surname, email, phone number, and language .Accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTC/GTU) .You will receive an SMS and an email containing your personal QR code.Scan the QR code on the entrance terminal to unlock the premises.

Late to pick up my things?

⏱️ You have a tolerance of 6 minutes of additional time after the scheduled collection time.After this period, there is no need to extend your locker; the hour started is automatically charged according to the corresponding hourly rate.You will be asked to pay the additional amount when retrieving your belongings to open the locker.

How does online booking work?

Online booking is only possible for the day:It can be done at lockin-lockers.com/reservation-consigne-bagage.Payment is made via the secure Stripe platform , which accepts:bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, CB),payments via Revolut , WeChat Pay or other compatible solutions.You will then receive an email with all the access instructions.

Cancellation conditions

Online bookings : cancellation possible up to 48 hours before the start date.On-site : non-refundable.Once the period has started, no refund is possible.

How does a LOCKIN key box work?

Connected key boxes allow you to drop off and pick up keys 24/7:Rental is done directly on site , from the terminal in the premises.Once the box is assigned, you will receive an email containing all the information : box number, access code and instructions for use.Available options:72 hours ,2 weeks ,1 month .Your mailbox information and instructions to give to your travelers are available at any time in your customer area.🔐 It is also possible to change the opening code remotely from your web interface.

Comment prolonger et payer la location de ma boite à clés ?

La prolongation de la location de votre boîte à clés se fait directement depuis la webapp LOCKIN, accessible via votre navigateur internet : https://www.lockin-lockers.com/mon-espace

1. Accéder à votre espace client

Connectez-vous à votre compte LOCKIN depuis la webapp.
Une fois connecté, rendez-vous dans votre espace personnel.
Cliquez sur l’onglet « Mes consignes » ou « Locations en cours ».
Vous y retrouverez votre ticket de location correspondant à votre boîte à clés.

2. Activer la prolongation de la location

Pour que votre location se renouvelle, vous devez activer l’option de prolongation depuis votre ticket de location.
Cette activation est indispensable : sans elle, la location ne se renouvelle pas automatiquement à la fin de la période en cours.

3. Déroulement de la prolongation

À la fin de la période de location, si la prolongation est activée :

La location est automatiquement prolongée,
Vous recevez un email contenant un lien de paiement,
Le montant correspondant à la nouvelle période de location est alors à régler.

4. Paiement de la prolongation

Le lien reçu par email vous redirige vers une page de paiement sécurisée Stripe,

Vous pouvez y régler votre prolongation par carte bancaire, Apple Pay, Google Pay
ou via d’autres moyens de paiement éventuellement autorisés par l’exploitant.

Nous n'acceptons pas les mandats de prélèvements SEPA.

How do you communicate key collection instructions to your guests?

Once you have rented your key box:A ticket corresponding to your rental appears in your web app profile .Click on "Associate a traveler" to grant them access.Provide their contact details (name, surname, email, language, telephone).A traveler account is automatically created , and it receives:an SMS and an email with withdrawal instructions,the QR code for accessing the premises ,the box number and the opening code.

What are the deposit restrictions?

Maximum value allowed per locker: 1,000€ .Prohibited: dangerous products, perishable goods, animals, weapons, illicit substances, flammable products.Do not leave any cash, identity papers, bank cards or personal keys.

Liability and insurance

LOCKIN ensures the safekeeping and return of goods up to the maximum value (€1,000).Prohibited or misdeclared items are not covered.

The data collected (name, surname, email, telephone, language) is used solely for booking management and access control.LOCKIN is committed to never reselling or sharing your data without consent.In accordance with the GDPR , you can request their deletion or modification at any time.
